Big congratulations to Scully’s Cafe!
For the past five years, Sophie has been pouring lattes and crafting community from her beloved coffee camper– frequenting the Golden Farmers Market. Now, thanks to the support of Colorado School of Mines, Sophie’s dream has grown into a brick-and-mortar coffeehouse and gathering space. Located inside the brand-new student housing complex, this café is built for connection — with plenty of room to study, meet friends, and enjoy great food and drinks! The ribbon cutting was so much fun in their new space!
