How to be sure each and every job is done correctly and measures up to your high standards–a very important factor for any business. In our case we collaborate with many different supplier companies who bring our imprinted ad specialty products through manufacturing, proofing, imprint phase and shipping. It is extremely important to keep up with each project at every stage of the complete process including getting tracking numbers when shipped. To do this it is important to be very organized and to be sure no detail has been overlooked. Clear and precise communication (in writing) is critical. Requiring final proofs is critical. It also helps to be friendly with each supplier representative and to express appreciation each time the job is done correctly and on time. If you follow these steps on each and every job, you end up with great products and very happy clients!
