Alternatives–we are always faced with choices. In the new year, are New Year’s Resolutions necessary–do we need to consider alternatives to the way we are operating now? First evaluate how your processes are working for you, and if they are efficient and effective, then maybe you don’t need to change to an alternate way of doing things. However, you do need to evaluate: Are your marketing activities working well and bringing in new, good clients? What alternative marketing plans are available that fit with your persona and your budget? Is your staffing adequate–do you need more help; or do you have personnel who are not performing and should not be retained?
Try something brand new in 2015–try some NEW activity, food, or relationship each week throughout the year–explore what your alternatives are!
